The Information Technology Chapter has been revised based upon discussions at the May 18th Task Force meeting.   3rd Draft–IT, May 19th

Please review the chapter, especially the proposed action strategies.   Are the strategies too vague or is something missing?   What cross references to other chapters should be made?  Please post any comments on this chapter by June 7th.
