After several months of home searching with a couple from out of town, we were finally able to secure a great deal on a home near Wildwood Road in Salem.
This house was originally listed for $355,000 and ended up being offered for $328,000 when I began the negotiation process on behalf of my buyers. Since the property hasn’t closed yet I’m not at liberty to disclose the sales price, but suffice it to say, my buyers are getting a great deal on this very nice contemporary home in Salem!
